We started this Rotary year together with Dr. Luisa Quarta, head of strategic marketing, lead generation and external relations at Bureau van Dijk, a Moody's Analytics Company.
We talked with her about the importance of spreading the concept of parenting in the company in relation to the couple in spite of the term maternity which has always been entrusted only to women. We wondered about the need for parental leave for the father as well. All to allow women to be able to develop and increase their careers just like men, with the same possibilities and tools.
